An event that took place in the Rotterdam library on december 12th 2024, meant to raise Autism Awareness: bringing attention to the obstacles people with autism can face and the tools available to help. I was one of two lead organizers in charge of the team. We succesfully designed and created an informative game in just two weeks.
My role as a lead organizer was one of management. I got a taste of leadership and it taught me a lot. Splitting the team of 10 up into groups; arranging meetings; leading those meetings; art direction; communication. There are so many things I didn't think of before heading into this project but I stayed flexible and learned on the go. The end result was an event to be proud of.
